Properties Menu > Measure Distance/Area

Measure Distance
Select this option to measure distance between two points. Left-click on a point, then drag the mouse to the next point before releasing the mouse button.

Measure Area
Select this option to measure area and perimeter. Select points by left-clicking with the mouse, then press the keyboard SPACE key to perform the area/ perimeter calculations.
