These options relate to the Measure Distance and Measure Area functions.

Units
Choose decimal, architectural or engineering types, and specify precision.

Conversion Factor
Specifying a conversion factor other than "1" allows you to display measurements in other units. For example, if the drawing has been entered in millimetres, and you want to perform measurements in inches, select units type "architectural", and enter conversion factor "0.03937". When using the measure functions, measurements will now be converted from millimetres, and displayed in inches. To convert from inches to millimetres, select units "decimal", and conversion factor "2.54".

Snap To, Snap Distance
These options relate to snapping, for example, to endpoints when performing measurements.
